Mixxion Engineering – Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah is seeking a careful, responsible QC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections and measurements to ensure machined parts meet engineering drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Responsibilities include incoming, in-process and final inspection, dimensional measurements, and reporting results. Fresh graduates with technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a careful, responsible and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections and measurements to ensure machined parts meet engineering drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of machined parts.
Measure and verify dimensions according to engineering drawings, tolerances and inspection requirements.
Carry out inspections using various measuring and inspection equipment.
Record inspection results accurately and prepare inspection reports as required.
Identify and report non-conforming parts, quality issues and deviations to the Quality Engineer.
Ensure inspection activities are carried out according to established procedures and work instructions.
Maintain proper identification and traceability of inspected parts and quality records.
Support the Quality Engineer in handling NCRs, corrective actions and customer quality requirements.
Ensure measuring equipment is handled properly and report any damaged, abnormal or overdue equipment.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Quality or a related field.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in QC inspection, CNC machining or precision engineering.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Basic understanding of GD&T is an advantage.
Familiar with dimensional measurement and inspection practices.
Careful, responsible and attentive to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to learn and work in a CNC machining / precision engineering environment.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications and a strong interest in quality inspection are encouraged to apply.
