MANULI RYCO HYDRAULICS SDN. BHD. seeks a Quality/QA engineer to assist the QESH Manager in handling customer and supplier issues, and to initiate CAPA via RCA with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee new product validation planning, inspection readiness, and QMS documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. The role also includes training inspectors, monitoring calibrations, and supporting external audits, with an emphasis on continual improvement of lab operations and post-production

Qualifications

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability in manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in RCCA/Root Cause Analysis methods is a must.
• Ability to apply quality tools to drive CAPA and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Assist QESH Manager or nominee in handling customer complaints and supplier issues.
• Initiate and formulate CAPA via RCA with relevant departments and verify effectiveness.
• Assist QESH Manager or nominee in analyse, evaluate and plan for new projects/products including process control, inspection and testing per new product validation report.
• Review and monitor all testing equipment and procedures for compliance with relevant standards.
• Monitor, evaluate and validate QIP for assigned product or project.
• Monitor and lead internal audits for QMS and document control.
• Assist QESH Manager or nominee in managing and driving department KRA/KPI.
• Initiate and plan training for all inspectors and lab technicians and monitor via skill matrices.
• Monitor calibrations in alignment with QMS requirements.
• Assist QESH Manager or nominee in external and regulatory audits.
• Ensure smooth operation of laboratory and maintain healthy consumables levels.
• Handle post-production inspection activities and formulate relevant reporting.
• Manage resources for laboratory management and post-production inspectors.

Assists QESH Manager or nominee in handling/ managing customer complaints and supplier issues.

Initiate and formulate CAPA via RCA action with relevant departments and verify effectiveness.

Assists QESH Manager or nominee in analyse, evaluate and new project/product for necessary planning of process control, inspection and testing needs as stipulated in new product validation report.

Review and monitor all testing equipment and procedures are with accordance with relevant standards.

Monitor, evaluate and validate QIP for assigned product or project.

Monitor and lead internal audit for QMS and document control.

Assist QESH Manager or nominee in managing and driving department KRA/KPI

Initiate and plan training for all inspectors and lab technicians and monitor them via skill matrix charts.

Monitor calibrations are in align with the QMS requirements.

Assist QESH Manager or nominee in external and regulatory audits.

Ensure smooth operation of laboratory and maintaining healthy level of consumables.

Handling activity related to post-production inspection activities and formulate relevant reporting.

Managing resources on laboratory management and post-production inspectors.

REQUIREMENTS

5 years' experience in manufacturing environment.

Experienced in QC 7 Tools, 8D problem Solving, Process Capability Analysis Minitab SPC techniques and Six Sigma

Experienced in manufacturing work procedures and processes.

Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001

Knowledge of RCA, FMEA and product validation

Knowledge of QMS
