Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a QC Assistant / Deburring & Packaging Assistant to support our manufacturing operations in Malaysia. You will perform basic quality inspection, deburring, cleaning, sorting, and packaging of finished machined components.

You will use simple measuring tools, check parts against drawings and work instructions, and report issues to the QC or production supervisor. The role suits careful, reliable team players who can follow instructions and work independently when

Qualifications

• Experience in QC, deburring, packaging, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience handling CNC-machined or metal components is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and engineering drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspection of finished parts.
• Check parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform deburring of CNC-machined components.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, chips, and machining residue.
• Clean and prepare parts before inspection and packaging.
• Check for scratches, dents, damage, and other visible defects.
• Separate and identify OK and NG parts.
• Use basic measuring tools such as vernier calipers and gauges.
• Record inspection results when required.
• Report quality issues to the QC or production supervisor.
