Job summary

Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee daily QA/QC operations and ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will drive CAPA, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across production, maintenance, and R&D teams.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, documentation control, calibration of inspection equipment, and training of QA/QC staff. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and quality tools (e.g., 7 QC Tools, CAPA).
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and audit processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ESH and chemical handling regulations.
• Willing to travel between factory and customer sites if required.

Responsibilities
