Samurai 2K Aerosol Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Assistant QAQC Manager to oversee QA/QC operations, ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. You will maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, lead CAPA and audits, manage QC reporting, and support product development and validation.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry/related field.
• 5–8 years QA/QC experience in chemical/coating industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015.
• Experience with colour matching, viscosity control & material analysis.
• Knowledge of aerosol paint formulation & propellant systems.
• Familiar with calibration systems & quality documentation.
• Experience supervising a QA/QC team.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QA/QC operations and maintain ISO systems.
• Lead internal and external audits; manage CAPA & 8D.
• Review QC reports, COAs, specs and release decisions.
• Ensure calibration of lab equipment and proper maintenance.
• Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement projects to reduce COPQ.
• Support R&D on new products and validation.
• Develop and monitor supplier quality and performance.
• Provide quality support to production and maintenance.
