Job summary

Samurai 2K Aerosol Ltd is seeking an Events Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events. You will liaise with internal teams, guests, and vendors to meet deadlines and deliver successful outcomes.

You should have a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Travel flexibility and a Malaysia driving license are expected.

• 8. Have problem-solving skills and determination to overcome challenges and ensure that events meet management expectations.
• 9. Assist with the setup, execution, and clean-up of an event.
• 10. Be an excellent communicator in professional and business settings.
• 11. Develop post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.
• 12. Be proficient in computers, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 13. Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• 14. Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to establish the requirements for an event and serve as a liaison to senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process.
