Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of QA/QC or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection and testing methods.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and manufacturing standards is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect & ensure piles produced within specifications.
• Update QC demoulding checklist.
• Feedback to supervisor if there are any abnormalities on products.
• Update QA Executive on pile rejection or piles not conforming to specifications.
• Ensure good repair quality for defective piles.
• Ensure only good piles are sent to stockyard.

You will be responsible for the execution of the full spectrum of Product’s Quality related duties for CEPCO. Purpose is to ensure product demoulded within specification.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect & ensure piles produced within specifications.


• Update QC demoulding checklist.


• To feedback to supervisor if there are any abnormalities on products.


• Update QA Executive on pile rejection or pile that are not confirm to specification


• Ensure good repair quality for defective piles.


• Ensure only good piles are sent to stockyard

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or related field.


• 1 to 3 years of experience in QAQC or manufacturing environment is preferred.
