Job summary

Ditrolic Energy is seeking a Contract Executive in Malaysia to administer QAQC for solar and industrial projects. You will implement QAQC systems, coordinate site inspections, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of QAQC experience, a related engineering degree, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You’ll work on-site across APAC-supported energy projects within a growth-focused renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil/Structural engineering.
• 3–5 years of QAQC experience, preferably in solar.
• Knowledgeable in ISO, QC tools, and QMS.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prepare and implement the QAQC Management System at project site.
• Coordinate quality inspections with site sub-contractors and vendors; oversee NDT on site.
• Coordinate internal and external quality matters, including receipt inspections.
• Support risk assessment and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and distribute QAQC documentation; ensure work complies with standards.
• Liaise with project team to achieve quality objectives and drive improvements.
• Verify quality activities on site per applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in internal and external site audits.
• Ensure QC documentation is completed for as-built handover.
• Control non-conformance reports and implement remedial actions.
• Complete site QC instructions and remedial responses.
• Lead resolution of quality issues and continuous improvement.

The Contract Executive is responsible for administering, managing, and overseeing contractual matters for solar (PV) and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage, prepare and Implement the QAQC Management System at project site

• Coordinate risk assessment and responsible for assuring corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and Distribute relevant QAQC documentation to relevant parties and ensure the work as per standard
• Liaise with project team in achieving quality objectives through effective implementation and continuous improvement activities.
• Verify the quality related site activities in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built handover.
• Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
• Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
• Lead resolution of quality issues and continuously do improvement to achieve better customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering, Or Civil & Structural.
• At least 3-5 years of QAQC experience in the related field is required in this position, preferable from solar industry.
• Knowledgeable in ISO, QC tools, QMS.
• Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
