Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Inspector to conduct daily inspections and tests to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications. You will assist in preparing quality reports and identify quality issues, providing basic troubleshooting support at site.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field and a minimum of 2 years QAQC experience in construction sites. Knowledge of ISO, QMS, OSH standards is desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years QAQC experience in construction sites.
• Data center construction experience is an added advantage.

Assist in compiling and reviewing daily, weekly and monthly quality performance reports.

Identify quality issues and provide basic troubleshooting support at site.

Monitor non-conforming works or materials and assist in root-cause investigation.

Support quality audits, quality awareness activities and compliance to QMS, ISO and OSH requirements.

Verify incoming materials, components and equipment for conformance to specifications.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure.

Support supplier inspections, first article checks and documentation updates.

Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists and quality documentation.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quality Management or related field.

Minimum 2 years QAQC experience in construction sites.

Data center construction experience is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of ISO, QMS, OSH and construction quality standards.
