Job summary

IAQ Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking Engineers to support QA/QC for large-scale EPCC projects across data centre, pharma, and manufacturing sectors. You will assist in quality plans, perform inspections, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliant documentation and sign-offs.

Requirements include a degree in engineering, 3+ years QAQC experience in construction, and strong paperwork and MS Office skills. The role is based in Shah Alam with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in QAQC activities for construction works.
• Excellent paperwork skills.
• Intermediate level in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and high commitment to accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project quality control plan.
• Execute project quality control plan and inspection test plan.
• Organise inspection sessions with client and prepare the required documents for on-the-spot sign off.
• Prepare and maintain quality control statistics and quality reports.
• Maintain proper quality control filing and documentation.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure all quality issues are closed.
• Compile and produce project quality control dossier.
• Manage and coordinate quality control personnel from various subcontractors.
