Job summary

Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a QA/QC professional to enhance quality awareness on site and conduct inspections to meet QLASSIC requirements. You will lead QA/QC meetings with subcontractors and coordinate inspection records, reporting non-conformities to the PM/QAQC Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field experience, strong knowledge of QLASSIC/BUILDQAS and quality management tools, with good communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of QLASSIC/BUILDQAS in construction.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques.
• 3+ years of job site experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enhance awareness of Quality to all trades and staff on site.
• Conduct QA/QC meeting with subcontractors to align on quality expectations.
• Conduct routine Major Defect inspections and properly record all findings and closures.
• Report non-compliance to PM/QAQC Manager and seek mutual solutions.
• Coordinate inspection requests and maintain all inspection records.
• Monitor construction quality to meet QLASSIC requirements.
• Monitor Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) schedule and progress.
• Monitor subcontractors and workers to achieve company quality standards.
• Perform pre-QLASSIC assessments for required units.

Conduct routine Major Defect inspection and properly record all findings and closures.

Report to PM/ QAQC Manager on all non-compliance and seek a mutual solution.

Coordinate request for inspection and maintain all inspection records in proper filing.

Any other quality-related task assigned by a superior from time to time.

Monitor and evaluate construction quality to meet QLASSIC requirements.

Monitor Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) schedule and progress.

Monitor Subcon and workers to achieve company standard quality.

Conduct pre- Qlassic assessment for required unit.

Requirement

Strong knowledge of QLASSIC/BUILDQAS in construction

Strong knowledge of quality management principal, tools and techniques

3 years and above of job site experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft office/excel
