Job summary

Jora Malaysia is a QC/QA support role designed to assist daily inspection activities, packing, labeling, and documentation to ensure finished goods meet quality standards before release.

You will work under the QA/QC Supervisor, perform basic inspections, label and pack items, maintain packing lists and QA forms, and help keep the work area clean and compliant with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and careful in handling products.
• Able to follow instructions and SOP strictly.
• Basic understanding of quality control is an advantage.
• Physically fit for packing and handling tasks.
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished goods according to SOP.
• Ensure correct labeling, quantity, and product identification.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
• Prepare goods for storage or shipment based on QA release instruction.
• Record packing quantity and inspection results accurately.
• Update packing lists and QA forms.
• Assist in filing QA/QC documents and records.
• Report any discrepancies or non-conformance to supervisor.

Department: Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC & QA)

Reports To: QA/QC Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To support the QC & QA department in daily inspection activities, product packing, labeling, documentation, and ensuring all finished goods meet company quality standards before release or delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack finished goods according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Ensure correct labeling, quantity, and product identification
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage or contamination
• Prepare goods for storage or shipment based on QA release instruction

2. QA/QC Support

• Assist in basic inspection activities (visual check, counting, sorting)
• Support QA inspectors in product verification tasks
• Segregate rejected, rework, and approved items clearly
• Follow quality control instructions strictly

3. Documentation

• Record packing quantity and inspection results accurately
• Update packing lists, checklists, or simple QA forms
• Assist in filing QA/QC documents and records
• Report any discrepancies or non-conformance to supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and company quality standards
• Ensure proper handling of QC materials and tools

5. Other Duties

• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Education:

• SPM / SKM / Diploma (any field, preferably technical or manufacturing-related)

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with warehouse/packing/QC support experience preferred
