Job summary

RIMEDYNE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a QA/QE professional to conduct incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections, ensure compliance with quality standards, and identify and stop quality issues on the production line.

The role requires a diploma or above in Quality, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields, at least 1 year QA/QE experience in the home appliance industry, and familiarity with ISO 9001, 6S and Lean Manufacturing. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Quality, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1 year of QA/QE experience, preferably in the home appliance industry.
Familiar with ISO 9001, 6S, Lean Manufacturing, and quality inspection procedures.
Able to handle quality issues independently and prepare improvement reports.
Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Attendance Allowance: RM100.00

Responsibilities

Conduct incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections according to quality standards.
Identify and stop quality issues on the production line and follow up on corrective actions.
Analyze quality problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain inspection standards, work instructions, and quality reports.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to resolve quality issues and improve yield.
Monitor defect rate, scrap rate, and pass rate, and drive continuous improvement.
Support 6S, ISO 9001, internal audits, customer audits, and third-party inspections.
