The candidate should have at least 1 year in a quality-related role, possess SPM or equivalent, and communicate in English. Responsibilities include documentation, calibration awareness, and collaboration with QA teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; hands-on experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a quality-related role within manufacturing.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Understanding of safety procedures in production settings.
• Strong 5S and workplace organization discipline.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with inspection tools and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Material Inspection: Examine incoming parts and materials against specifications for defects.
• Process Monitoring: Perform quality inspections at assembly stages to ensure standards.
• Final Quality Verification: Conduct functional tests and visual checks before shipment.
• Issue Escalation: Report quality issues to supervisor promptly.
• Inspection Documentation: Complete inspection records for traceability.
• Equipment Calibration Awareness: Verify measuring tools are calibrated.
• Sample Management: Label and store defective samples for traceability.
• MRB Area Upkeep: Maintain 5S in non-conformance area.
• Team Collaboration: Support QA Engineers and Technicians in data gathering.
• Work Instruction Adherence: Follow procedures and guidelines.
• Audit Preparation Support: Organize documents for internal audits.
• Training Participation: Attend quality training sessions as required.
• Additional Responsibilities: Other related tasks as assigned.
