Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA Engineer (For Malaysians Only) to uphold the highest quality standards across the production process and ensure products meet specifications.

You will develop QC plans, conduct tests, and collaborate with production and engineering to resolve defects, while applying SPC and ISO auditing practices. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–5 years' QA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of QA experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QC methodologies and tools.
• Experience with ISO quality standards and auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality control plans for products.
• Conduct product testing and troubleshoot defects.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Implement SPC to monitor and improve product performance.
• Review design documents to ensure quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specs.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation.
