Job summary

COSMOS PERSONAL CARE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a QA professional to oversee inspections, approvals, storage cleanliness and supplier evaluations across production, QC and warehouse.

You will investigate complaints and deviations, drive corrective actions, and support validation activities while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP standards. Diploma holders with at least 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a principled approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Manage inspection, approval, storage cleanliness and supplier evaluations.
• Supervise daily operations in production, QC, and warehouse to ensure quality procedures.
• Investigate complaints, recalls, deviations, audits, and quality issues; identify root causes and apply corrective actions.
• Guide validation activities and monitor equipment and methods after validation.
• Handle and track complaints, ensure corrective actions and maintain records.
• Manage controlled document management and training management.
• Prepare shipment documents, coordinate shipping, manage labels and pallet inspection, provide samples and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
