Job summary

Capcon Consulting seeks a QA/QC Lead to head quality, QMS and audits on a Johor data centre hyperscale site. Five days on-site, with relocation considered for JB-based candidates. You will drive zero-defect delivery and mentor engineers across all project phases.

Applicants from PMCs, main contractors, or Tier-1 contractors are welcome. Strong documentation, reporting, and site coordination are essential to succeed on this landmark project.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction qualification.
• Open to PMCs, main contractors, or Tier-1 contractor backgrounds.
• Strong paperwork management, reporting, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers across all project phases.
• Review QMS, Project Quality Plans, and Method Statements.
• Manage ITPs and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Conduct internal audits and quality training sessions.
• Lead daily site assessments to ensure compliance.
• Maintain quality records and executive reports.

What You Will Do

Experience You Need / About You

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant construction qualifications required.
