Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship at KLIA/Sepang focusing on quality assurance and project coordination. You will perform site inspections, prepare ITPs, and support communication with clients and contractors. The role includes participation in design-stage hazard assessments under ISO standards.

You will be part of a vibrant student community, gaining hands-on experience in QA/QC and safety compliance within a real project environment.

Qualifications

• Ensure quality assurance and control of workmanship through site inspections and submission of ITPs.
• Conduct joint handover inspections with clients and manage site documentation.
• Attend meetings with consultants, clients, main contractors and sub-contractors to coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, resolve non-conformances, and monitor corrective actions.
• Execute project implementation per ISO 9001 procedures.
• Identify hazards during design per ISO 45001 and implement mitigations.
• Promote safe working culture on design and execution.

Following is the job scope you need to do:-

• Ensure quality assurance and control of workmanship through site and material inspections, including preparation and submission of Inspection Test Plans.
• Conduct joint handover inspections with clients and manage the preparation and submission of site documentation.
• Attend meetings with consultants, clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors to coordinate project activities.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve reported non-conformances, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute project implementation in accordance with customer requirements and established ISO 9001 Quality Manuals and procedures.
• Identify hazards during the design stage as per ISO 45001 and implement mitigation measures to eliminate or minimise risks.
• Promote a safe working culture by preventing unsafe behaviours during project design and execution.
