Pure Ocean Resources Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a QA/QC Executive to uphold product safety and quality across the frozen seafood portfolio. You will perform daily quality checks, support audits, and drive improvements with the QA team to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and HALAL standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in food science, food technology, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field.
2–3 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, HALAL requirements and food safety systems.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, HALAL requirements, and other food safety standards.
Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and records for audits and certifications.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
Support QA Manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product quality standards.
