Job summary

China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd (Project Site Operations) – Klang, Selangor is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Document Controller with 1–2 years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects to join the East Coast Rail Link project management team at Klang.

You will manage, track, and archive all QA/QC documentation, inspection records, material submittals, and engineering correspondence, ensure adherence to EDMS procedures and ISO standards, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• QA/QC Document Management: Maintain, log, and organize all QA/QC documentation, including Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, CARs, and MRAs.
• EDMS & Register Maintenance: Operate and update the EDMS and maintain master document registers for QA/QC transmittals.
• Inspection & Testing Records: Coordinate registration, distribution, filing, and close-out tracking of site inspection sheets, lab test reports, and third-party test results.
• Transmittals & Workflow: Receive, track, and distribute QA/QC submittals between internal teams, subcontractors, main contractors, and the Consultant/Employer's Representative.
• Compliance & Audit Prep: Assist QA/QC Manager/Engineer in preparing documentation for internal and client audits and regulatory checks.
• Handover & Handover Dossier: Compile, index, and archive Final QA/QC Dossiers, As-Built documentation, and Handover Packages for sectional completions.
