Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Admin, QA/QC to join our team in a dynamic engineering and construction setting. The role focuses on QA/QC documentation, record-keeping, and project coordination to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

You will prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, assist with inspection reports and forms, coordinate with project teams, and support audits while handling routine administrative duties.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous administrative experience in an engineering or construction company is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good documentation, filing, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organise, file, and update QA/QC documentation in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing inspection reports, checklists, quality control forms, and other supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of inspection and testing activities conducted at project sites.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors on QA/QC documentation matters.
• Monitor and track the submission, approval, and status of QA/QC documents.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining MIR, IR, and other relevant quality documentation.
• Support the QA/QC team in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Ensure all QA/QC documents are properly labelled, filed, and easily accessible for reference.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager.
