Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in civil/construction projects.
• Experience in roadworks, infrastructure, building or related construction projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing requirements and construction specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all construction activities related to QA/QC to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing works and ensure quality requirements are consistently maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve construction processes and overall quality performance.
• Work closely with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and clients to resolve quality-related matters.
• Identify, document and follow-up on non-conformities and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare, maintain and update QA/QC documentation and records.
