Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking an Admin Officer (QA/QC) to support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department. You will ensure that quality documentation, inspection reports, and records are accurately prepared, maintained, and controlled per procedures.

Key tasks include preparing and maintaining QA/QC documents, FAI/FA reports, and SPC data; issuing outgoing inspection reports; and archiving records for audits and customer reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in QA/QC or related administrative role.
• Experience with FAI documentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports accurately.
• Prepare FAI/FA reports and supporting documents.
• Enter SPC data and maintain SPC records.
• Prepare outgoing inspection reports before shipment.
• Issue and maintain QA/QC documents and records.
• Archive quality records according to document control procedures.
• Ensure quality documentation is complete and accessible for audits.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify inspection information.
• Assist QA/QC with audits.
• Monitor and update quality records and databases.
• Support admin duties including document control and correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality of quality documents.
• Perform other duties as required.
