Job summary

Mahasurya Ventures India is seeking a QA/QC Manager in Malaysia with 5-7+ years of experience in QMS, SPC, process control, inspection and testing to lead the QA/QC team.

The role involves handling customer complaints, RCA, CAPA, non-conformance management, lab coordination and cross-functional collaboration with extrusion, printing and conversion teams for packaging products.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in QA/QC and quality management systems (QMS).
• Expertise in plastic/flexible packaging, extrusion, printing, conversion, NPD and commercialization.
• Experience with SMETA, ICS, social compliance and handling international customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities and manage non-conformances, CAPA and RCA processes.
• Coordinate lab activities, testing, inspection and quality analyses across processes.
• Oversee QA/QC team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (ex., extrusion, printing, conversion).
