Job summary

YLI Industry in Batu Gajah, Perak, Malaysia is seeking a QC Documentation and Compliance Officer to ensure quality control processes and records align with SIRIM and JKR license requirements. You will prepare renewal documents, support audits, and manage ISO documentation while coordinating with management on process flows and specs.

The role requires a diploma or degree or equivalent, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and preferably Chinese language skills. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Competency in Chinese language is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for SIRIM and JKR license renewal
• Monitor and prepare QC related documents: Process flow, inspection plan, product specification and work instruction with management
• Monitor daily QC operations to ensure in-process and outgoing QC meet quality requirements
• Apply SIRIM sticker/label
• Prepare document for SIRIM testing
• Prepare document and arrange sending testing equipment for calibration testing in SST (SIRIM Standard Technologies)
• Assist manage ISO Documents
• Undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by superior from time to time
