Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in IT/Software Eng/Data Science/Computer Eng or related field.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Keen to learn, adapt and challenge themselves in a QA internship environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and QA Engineers to ensure quality of Salesforce platforms, mobile apps and end-to-end solutions.
• Explore how AI and test automation can improve the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and contribute to smarter QA practices.
• Engage in learning modern QA practices and operate within Agile Scrum teams.
• Gain Salesforce and mobile testing experience and collaborate with global teams across Hilti.
• Explore test automation and AI-assisted testing to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
