Greatech Group in Penang seeks a QA/QC Inspector to perform daily quality checks, ensuring specifications and process requirements are met. You will assist technicians in incoming, in-process, and vendor inspections, and maintain data traceability.

Responsibilities include data collection for weekly reports and adherence to ISO standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines. Candidates should have 0–5 years of related experience and basic measurement skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing.
• 0–5 years' experience in HANDs ON QA/QC quality inspection.
• Basic understanding of metal work and CNC drawing tolerances.
• Able to operate in-house measuring instruments and write inspection reports.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily quality inspection to ensure specs and process requirements are met.
• Feedback quality issues to QA technician for verification before production feedback.
• Assist A technician to perform incoming inspection at assembly and source inspection at vendor sites.
• Ensure all daily inspection assignments are completed within required time frame.
• Properly store quality inspection data/reports and maintain traceability.
• Assist QA technician and QA Engineer on quality data collection for the weekly PI report.
• Comply with ISO requirements and safety practices, SOPs, work instructions, and company guidelines.
