Job summary

Schaefer Systems International Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform daily inspection activities and ensure compliance with ISO procedures.

The role involves conducting 1st piece inspections prior to mass production, documenting non-conformities, and coordinating with production and QA teams on quality issues. You will also ensure proper labeling of finished and semi-finished goods, update related documents, and highlight quality concerns in QA meetings.

Responsibilities

• To conduct the effective daily inspection activities.
• To conduct the 1st piece inspection sample before mass production.
• To carry out duties or special task as specified by QA Leader, QA Supervisor, QA Executive or QA Manager.
• To coordinate with Production operators/Leaders and Warehouse Assistant on quality issues.
• To acknowledge on new requirement for quality as and when the new products are introduced by Superior, QA Executive or QA Manager.
• To ensure in process inspection carried out consistently as work instruction.
• To ensure the quality of products, semi-finished goods, or semi-finished products clearly identified by appropriate stamp or labeled.
• To ensure all related document (data hseet, IRR, daily reporrt, drawing) updated and meet ISO procedures.
• To raise up any discrepancies on non-conforming products and report to QA leaders or Supervisor for corrective action taken.
• To ensure all non-conforming detection shall be recorded and documented and issue to related department.
• To issue the IRR Report during detection the non-conforming and compilation QA data or other relevant inspection record.
• To higlight the quality issues in quality meeting.
• To carry out daily inspection as and when others shift QA inspector were not available.
