Job summary

Mynews Malaysia is seeking a dedicated HACCP Documentation Controller in Subang Jaya to manage quality records. You will maintain and control HACCP-related documents, including HACCP Plan, Hazard Analysis, CCP monitoring records, SOPs, PRPs and SSOPs, ensuring accuracy and proper distribution.

You will review, approve, update and distribute documents, and implement version control and revision tracking to support food-safety compliance across the facility.

1. HACCP Documentation Control

Maintain and control all HACCP-related documents, including:

• HACCP Plan
• Hazard Analysis
• CCP monitoring records
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prerequisite Programs (PRPs)
• Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
