Job summary

Mynews Malaysia is seeking a dedicated HACCP Documentation Controller in Subang Jaya to manage quality records. You will maintain and control HACCP-related documents, including HACCP Plan, Hazard Analysis, CCP monitoring records, SOPs, PRPs and SSOPs, ensuring accuracy and proper distribution.

You will review, approve, update and distribute documents, and implement version control and revision tracking to support food-safety compliance across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control HACCP documents (plans, hazard analyses, CCP records, SOPs, PRPs, SSOPs).
• Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, updated and distributed.
• Implement version control and revision tracking for all documents.
