We are looking for a QA Executive with around 2 years of QA/QC experience.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with our China team and gain international exposure, including opportunities for overseas training and business travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor QA/QC activities to ensure products meet customer and company requirements.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Liaise closely with the China parent company on quality-related matters, technical issues, procedures, and improvement activities.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and other relevant documentation.
- Support internal, customer, and supplier audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality improvement projects.
- Travel locally and overseas when required for customer visits, supplier audits, meetings, or training.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Approximately 2 years of working experience in QA/QC, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and quality control processes.
- Speak and Read in Chinese is highly preferred, as the role requires frequent communication and coordination with our China parent company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
- Independent, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good understanding and hands‑on knowledge of Corrective Action Reports (5D/8D).
- Good understanding of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Familiarity with developing and maintaining Control Plans.
- Good understanding of Work Instructions (WI) and process documentation.
- Experience in applying quality tools and documentation to support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of Non‑Conformance (NC) management and handling of Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
- Good basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
