Job summary

Standard Coating (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang invites a Quality Assurance Engineer to work with Production and Engineering to solve quality issues and drive improvements. You will review products, monitor process capability, and coordinate quality activities with internal and customer sides.

We welcome fresh graduates or candidates with no experience; on-the-job training is provided. You will participate in data analysis, audits, and maintain ISO documentation; opportunities to grow in a quality-driven

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required/preferred.
Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Solve quality issues with Production and Engineering.
Review product quality and engage with production to ensure process capability.
Monitor internal and external quality performance and conduct quality data reviews.
Coordinate quality improvement activities and conduct process audits.
Handle internal and customer quality issues and follow up corrective actions.
Oversee document control and maintain ISO9001 & ISO14001 compliance.
Support third-party and regulatory audits as needed.
Data collection, analysis, and driving improvement with data.
