Moments Melamine Ware is seeking a proactive QA/QC professional to lead IQC, IPQC and OQC activities, inspect production batches, and ensure quality before packing. The role requires collaboration with Production and cross-functional teams to prevent defects and drive CAPA initiatives.

Internal audits and ISO compliance form key responsibilities. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification, and experience with CAPA, RCA and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/quality/manufacturing or related field.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Training in CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone or Quality Improvement is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Conduct IQC/IPQC/OQC and oversee quality checks on production.
• Inspect batches against approved specs, drawings, samples, standards and requirements.
• Ensure each batch meets the approved quality standard before packing or next process.
• Monitor shop floor conditions and product quality.
• Identify deviations, defects and quality risks early.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors to resolve quality issues.
• Verify corrective actions at production processes, not just docs.
• Control non-conforming products with proper tagging and segregation.
• Support product/process trials to maintain quality requirements.
• Maintain a daily defect log and investigate significant defects.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Manage CAPA and assign actions to responsible owners.
• Prepare for internal ISO/compliance audits and support external audits.
• Coordinate monthly Quality Review meetings and report on KPIs.
• Maintain ISO/QMS documentation and ensure current procedures.
