Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to oversee the overall quality department, supplier quality, incoming & outgoing QA, and customer quality assurance.

You will lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors and technicians, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with production and planning to ensure timely verification and release of material and product. Mandarin language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/QC in manufacturing.
• 2-3 years in QA/QC managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.
• Experience with 8D, CAPA, RCA, FMEA and related tools.
• Experience handling customer audits and quality improvement projects.
• Mandarin language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Engineers, inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure corrective actions and continual improvement meet timelines.
• Coordinate QA with Production, Planning and Supply.
• Review vendor QA procedures and conformance to project specs.
• Report QMS performance to management.
• Initiate joint improvement programs with customers.
• Close quality issues using root-cause analysis and containment.
• Monitor QA operations to minimize downtime.
• Execute tasks assigned by supervisor.
