Handle quality complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution with necessary counter measures to prevent recurrence
Analyse quality problems found by QC Inspectors and interact with other departments on problem resolution
Recommend quality improvement actions
Perform routine site inspections and quality reporting (Certificate) to customer
Perform lab analysis
Authorise Inspection and Test Plan at production
Train QC staff based on Inspection and Test Plan and Quality Control Work Instruction
Authorise rejection or on-hold of material in various production stages
Ensure equipment compliance to calibration process and track validity periods
Demonstrate knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness and Interpretation
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemical, or equivalent
2 years of working experience in Quality System
