Ferrotec Silicon Materials (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang is seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join the quality team. The role focuses on daily QA operations, documentation control, and audit activities within a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/ Degree in Quality Management or related field with at least 2 years of QA experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Competitive remuneration and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with ISO management systems and quality audits.
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality operations per QMS and procedures.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Oversee on-site discipline and ensure standard work procedures are followed.
• Handle document control, management reviews and internal audits.
• Coordinate and support customer audits and ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain and update training materials related to quality management.
• Prepare and submit monthly quality performance summaries.
