Job summary

Pentamaster Corporation Berhad is seeking a QA Technician to join our team in Batu Kawan, Penang. You will ensure product quality through inspection, testing, and documentation, working with IPQC and final checks to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a certificate or diploma in engineering and has at least 1 year QA experience in manufacturing. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus, with round shifts required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma holder or equivalent in engineering related field.
• At least 1 year working experience in quality field.
• QA experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of product specification and standards.
• Carry out QA laboratory testing, in-process and finished goods inspection per quality plan.
• Set up inspection, testing, and measuring equipment, jigs and fixtures.
• Prepare relevant documents for customers and internal departments.
• Maintain quality records and verify conformance to IPQC, final check and packing.
• Participate in 6S within the department.
