Job summary

AEM Microtronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a QA professional to develop quality control plans and OQA procedures, coordinate implementation, and lead technicians in QMS-compliant activities.

The role involves auditing production processes, tracking non-conformances, and generating quality trend reports while maintaining testing equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related engineering.
• Preferably with min 3 years of QA experience in Semicon/automation equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Generate quality control plan, work instructions for OQA activities and coordinate implementation.
• Generate audit plan for compliance to production processes, customer and ISO9001 requirements.
• Lead a team of technicians to conduct OQA activities as planned with production.
• Ensure product and process non-conformances are reported and fixed with root cause and corrective actions.
• Maintain testing tools (OQA test station, metrology, chiller, hand tools) in good working condition.
• Generate reports for OQA, MRUN tests and product quality trends.

Job description

Generate quality control plan, work instructions for OQA activities in accordance with product and customer requirements and coordinate implementation for such plans, procedures, or instructions.

Generate audit plan for compliance to production processes, customer and ISO9001 requirements.

Lead a team of technicians to conduct OQA activities as jointly planned with production.

Ensure product and process non-conformances (from OQA tests and/or customer feedback) are reported and fixed with documented root cause and effective corrective actions.

Maintain testing tools (OQA test station, metrology and collaterals, chiller, hand tools etc …) in good working conditions.

Generate reports for OQA, MRUN tests and product quality trends.

Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related engineering studies

Preferably with min 3 years of relevant experience in handling QA activities for Semicon /automation equipment.

Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Positive attitude and ability to communicate well at all levels.

Project management skills will be advantageous.
