Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and driving continuous improvement across processes and suppliers.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain inspection and quality control processes

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and PPAP activities

Handle customer complaints, lead 8D investigations, and drive effective corrective actions

Perform MSA, SPC, and process capability analysis

Conduct internal, process, and supplier audits

Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives and resolve incoming quality issues

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role

Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection methods

Experience in NPI / FA / PPAP is an advantage

Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
