Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA Coordinator to support ISO 9001 QMS, FSMS and FSSC 22000 documentation, testing, and process control in a manufacturing setting. You will assist in document control, COA generation, KPI data, and supplier/non-conformance handling while ensuring QA lab standards and accurate reporting.

The role requires at least a diploma and 3+ years in QMS/FSMS with leadership and analytical skills. Prior manufacturing experience and Internal Auditor certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QMS & FSMS.
• Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.

• Internal Auditor certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSMS & 6S management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ISO 9001 QMS, FSMS & FSSC 22000 documentation control.
• Assist in preparing Master Copy of drafted documents for approval.
• Assist in distribution of controlled documents and safekeeping of Master Documents.
• Assist in processing of document updates (DCN) and generation of flow charts, work instructions, and forms.
• Perform quality inspection on incoming, in-process, and outgoing goods as per Quality Plan and test schedule.
• Generate and maintain records relevant to testing, R&D and maintenance of tools/equipment.
• Assist in QA initiatives, KPI monitoring, CAPA handling, and calibration of QA equipment.
• Maintain QA Lab housekeeping (6S) and assist with COA generation and QA reports.
• Record customer complaints and CAPA responses and support internal audits.

• 1. As Assistant Document Controller of ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 22000 FSMS & FSSC 22000 :
• 1.1. Assist in preparing Master Copy of drafted document for approval.
• 1.2. Assist in distribution of controlled document.
• 1.3. Assist in safekeeping of Master Documents.
• 1.4. Assist in processing of document update DCN.
• 1.5. Assist to draft and printing of the documents for documentation purpose.
• 1.6. Assist to generate Flow Charts, Work Instructions and Forms.
• 2. Perform quality inspection on incoming / in-process / outgoing goods as per “Quality Plan” and test schedule.
• 3. Generate and upkeep records relevant to testing, R&D and maintenance of tools / equipment.
• 4. To assist in engineering, process control, process evaluation, process validation and research development activities.
• 5. Maintain proper records, documentation and retrievable database in each handling project.
• 6. Housekeeping (6S) of Quality Lab.
• 7. Responsible on the generation of Certificate Of Analysis (COA) according to Customers’ requirements.
• 8. Responsible on the generation of all testing analysis report.
• 9. Responsibility to ensure QA Department KPI’s Objective are monitor & well maintain.
• 10. Responsible to record Customer Complaint & Rejection for KPI’s Objective monitoring.
• 11. Assist to reply Customer CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) once get from production person in charge.
• 13. Assist to check all quality checking equipment’s & tools is calibrated.
• 14. Responsible to compile all Monthly QA KPI’s Objective Data to present in QA KPI Meeting.
• 15. Responsible to control lab inventory.
• 16. Handling non-conformance by release SCAR to supplier.
• 17. RMA dispose in system.
• 18. To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
• 1. Assist in prepare documents of QMS, FSMS & FSSC.
• 2. On Hold and To Release CCP, OPRP & Waiver Material non-conformance job via email communication after make disposition by QA Manager / Executive Director.
• 3. Authorization Signature on outgoing Certificate Of Analysis (COA) to customer.

(C) ACADEMY REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any discipline.

(D) EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

• 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as QMS & FSMS of an organization.
• 2. Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• 3. Possess strong leadership and time management skills.
• 4. A responsible and reliable person.
• 5. Good analytical skills & computer literate
• 7. Possess sound knowledge of ISO 9001, FSMS & 6S Management System.
• 8. Possess Internal Auditor certification.
