LIMPAHAN ENGINEERING SDN BHD, based in Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan, is seeking a Quality Assurance & Control professional to uphold high quality across production and logistics operations. This full-time role emphasizes robust QC systems, documentation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing QA/QC, with strong proficiency in ISO standards, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies, and the ability to lead testing and calibration

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or related discipline.
3–5 years of professional quality assurance and control experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001 and relevant industry standards.
Proficiency in SPC, root cause analysis and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine quality inspections on raw materials, WIP and finished products.
Develop, implement and maintain QC procedures and documentation.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and corrective actions.
Collaborate with production to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
Manage calibration schedules for testing equipment and instruments.
Prepare detailed quality reports and management reviews.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and specifications.
Train and supervise QC staff on procedures and documentation.
Investigate non-conformances and document root causes.
Collaborate with production and supply chain to reduce defects.
