Job summary

PERCETAKAN MUN SUN SDN BHD is seeking a Quality Inspector to examine products, materials and components for defects, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. You will participate in sampling, report issues, and assist in calibration of testing tools during production.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and the role requires shift rotation availability. Knowledge of printing processes and quality standards is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in quality inspection.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required with basic quality control knowledge.
• At least 1 year of quality inspection experience, preferably in printing/manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Detail oriented with accurate reporting and documentation.
• Must be able to work on a shift rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Examine products, materials and components for defects or non‑compliance with specifications.
• Monitor the Quality Process and ensure SOP adherence.
• Inspect raw materials (paper, ink, and others) meet quality standards before starting.
• Select random samples to evaluate quality consistency.
• Identify, record and report quality issues to QA/QC Manager for correction.
• Ensure testing equipment and tools are calibrated and maintained.
• Provide timely feedback to production teams on quality issues.
• Assist in other QC activities as assigned by supervisors.

Job description

Examine products, materials, and components for defects, inconsistencies, or non-compliance with specifications. This may include visual inspection, measuring, and functional testing.

Monitor the Quality Process , understand the SOP and make sure all the process been followed

Inspect the Raw Material, ensure that Paper, Ink and Other material meet the company’s Quality standard before starting the process.

Select random samples of products from production batches to evaluate quality consistency and reliability.

Identify, record, and report any quality issues or defects to the superior or QA/QC Manager for immediate correction

Ensure that testing equipment and tools are correctly calibrated and maintained to guarantee accurate measurements.

Provide timely feedback to production teams regarding quality issues, suggesting potential areas for improvement.

Assist in other quality control activities as needed. Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by supervisors or Head of Department.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
