Job summary

Ace Print Sdn Bhd is seeking a QC Inspector to ensure raw materials, packaging and finished products meet specifications through meticulous inspection on the production floor.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and collaboration with supervisors to implement corrective actions. Night shift may be required and travel between Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya could be requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QC inspection or in the related field
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Familiarity with QC measuring equipment and inspection tools
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw, packaging materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools
• Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution
• Verify products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations
• Develop and enforce effective protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance product quality assurance
• Maintain a clean, safe production environment and promote teamwork on the floor
• Obey and follow all instructions from leaders or supervisors
• Travel between Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya factories as required for business needs
• Analyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions to prevent recurrence

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure raw, packaging materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools

Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution

Verify products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations

Develop and enforce effective protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance product quality assurance

Maintain a clean, tidy and safety working environment

Ensuring teamwork and good rapport with colleagues and cooperate with other section of department to ensure the work is performed with quality and efficiently

To obey and follow all instruction given by leader or supervisor

You are required to work Night Shift in accordance with the Company's operational requirements.

Special working conditions such as shifts, overtime, or on-call duties, assigned based on job requirements and aligned with business needs

Analyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions to prevent recurrence

Perform any others duties tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superior

Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and as when required by the Management / superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma in Quality Control/Management or related qualification

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QC inspection or in the related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided

Good in speaking and writing of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Details orientated, meticulous and QC tools related skills

Knowledge of:

Basic Quality Control Principles

Basic knowledge on operating QC measuring equipment, eg; Ruler, Caliper, Thickness Gauge & etc

Knowledge Inspection Tools & Equipment

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or relevant industry-specific standards

Willing to work at production floor (dusty, no air conditional and coordinate with foregin worker)

Willing to travel between Shah Alam and Taman Medan, Petaling Jaya factory as when required for business purposes
