Job summary

NASMIR HOLDING (P.P) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC assistant to support our food production teams in Seberang Perai. The role requires ensuring GMP, HACCP, MeSTI and Halal compliance, and maintaining strict quality records.

You will conduct routine inspections, document results, assist audits, and help drive continuous improvement of QA procedures in a fast-paced production environment. Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing, QA/QC, or food safety preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, MeSTI and Halal requirements.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Willing to work in a production environment and perform shift work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of QA procedures and food safety systems.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management
