Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Ipoh to oversee SOP updates, quality policies, and documentation aligned with ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and food safety standards.

You will monitor the document control system, ensure compliance of manufacturing processes, and support daily QC activities in the central kitchen, calibration, and root-cause analyses as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quality Management Policy, relevant systems and documents related to ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and Food Safety Standards
• Monitor and maintain the company document control system
• Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures meet the quality standard and regulation requirements
• Monitor compliance of daily QC checks in central kitchen
• Manage measuring equipment calibration by maintaining the equipment calibration master list
• Involve as Quality Reviewer in Root Cause Analysis for investigation
• Support and assist in production and purchasing
