Job summary

You will lead and mentor junior engineers, participate in all phases of the SDLC in both Waterfall and Agile setups, and ensure high-quality, scalable code with robust API integrations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Academic Credentials: Minimum of a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional History: Backend Developer with at least 3 years of verified experience, specifically in Python.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Engineering: Architect, build, test, and maintain mobile and web-based solutions using Python.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior backend engineers.
• SDLC Involvement: Participate in all SDLC phases within Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct unit and functional testing to meet requirements.
• Code Excellence: Produce maintainable, high-performance code.
• API Connectivity: Design and deploy robust APIs for mobile app integration.
• Industry Alignment: Stay current with Python ecosystem best practices.
• Version Control: Demonstrate strong Git workflows.
