Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking experienced personnel to relocate lighting, switches, and plug points at internal & external Building Maintenance as requested by the Client's building General Maintenance team. The role covers office/manufacturing re-layout of wiring cables and setup of event wiring (speakers, TV, microphones) for conferences and training rooms.

Additional duties include canopy wiring for outdoor events, maintenance and replacement of café electrical equipment, dishwashers, and exhaust

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance electricals is preferred.
• Ability to relocate and install wiring for events and premises.
• Familiarity with safety practice such as LO/TO.

Responsibilities

• Relocate lighting, switches and plug points inside and outside building per client requests.
• Re-layout wiring cables for office/manufacturing areas.
• Setup event wiring (speakers, TV, microphone) and conference room wiring.
• Set up canopy wiring and outdoor event wiring including portable AHU equipment.
• Maintain and repair café electrical equipment, dishwashers, and exhaust systems.
• Install and re-install portable distribution boards for events and related works.
• Follow LO/TO guidelines and overall compliance for all electrical works.

#To relocate lighting, switches, plug points at internal & external Building Maintenance as per request by Client building General Maintenance team.

#Office / manufacturing re-layout of wiring cables.

#Setup event wiring (speaker, television, microphone and any required electrical equipment needed) and conference/training room wiring.

#Setup canopy wiring and any outdoor event wiring including Portable AHU setup.

#To maintain, change, and repair faulty light bulb inside premises internal & external Building Maintenance and Ground Maintenance using Sky lift.

#To maintain, change, and repair all café electrical equipment, dishwasher, and exhaust stuff.

#To install and re-install portable Distribution Board (DB) as per request for any events relate.

#To follow all guidelines for all electrical works done (LOTO and Compliance) at all times
