Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced electrical engineer for complex building and factory projects in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves feasibility studies, cost estimation, and developing technical specifications to support project proposals with vendors and clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in engineering/design, strong client interfacing abilities, and hands-on experience with ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering/design and specifically in commercial buildings and factory construction for electrical services, material take-off, and cost estimation.
• Experience in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Clean Rooms, Process Utilities Systems, etc.
• Experience in interfacing with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in detailed engineering, preparing technical specifications, and cost estimation.
• Experience in engineering/design and construction work.
• Self-motivated, patient, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with good analytical abilities.
