Job summary

Wiwynn is seeking a purchasing professional in Malaysia to create and manage purchase orders based on MRP demand, ensuring material availability for production while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

You will follow up with suppliers on delivery dates, manage PO changes, and support escalation for shortages. Experience with SAP, MRP, and PCBA industries is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain.
• Experience as a Raw Material Buyer in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP and MRP planning.
• Understanding of purchasing operations, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in Electrical & Electronics / PCBA industry is a plus.
