Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd specializes in lithium-ion battery manufacturing and advanced energy storage solutions in Malaysia. The role focuses on end-to-end material flow, delivery assurance, supplier coordination, and inventory control to support manufacturing operations.

You will manage purchase orders, monitor market conditions, and optimize stock levels while collaborating with quality teams to handle defective materials and supplier corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement or material management.
• Experience in new energy or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material delivery and stable supply to production.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and price accuracy.

The role focuses on delivery assurance, supplier coordination, and material availability while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely material delivery and stable supply to production.

Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and price accuracy.

Monitor market supply conditions and support procurement strategy updates.

Conduct supplier capacity evaluation and planning.

Adjust delivery schedules based on demand changes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Strong knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.

Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Excel.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
